If you have/bring additional property, besides your primary vehicle and things within or surrounding your dwelling, that require additional storage; we may be able to store them for you at an additional storage fee or you can rent storage from the local storage people in the area. Ours may be cheaper, for people who stay on the land; but don’t get carried away. If you leave the property and are no longer residing here, the fee may go up to our retail price. If you cannot or do not pay the fee, you must relocate your items or it will be donated or auctioned off. We will give you the “legal” amount of time to do so… then we will fallow the legal process of removing your things for you, if you do not remove them yourself.

Storage is basically $0.30/sq ft floor space per month.
Example: 10×20 overseas storage container is $60/mo rent.

The going rates in our area seem to be $0.25 – $0.50 per square foot. Here’s the competition (some of them), we will price match within a 30mi radius.

Camper/vehicle storage fee, if you are not doing the work stay; is $0.15/sq ft per month. Example: With the average compact car being 12.75 x 5.5 ft. This would be $10.5/mo.

If you wish to keep your camper in a camping spot year round and you just come to visit from time to time; this will be extra… This would fall under the Farm Stay / Retreat option.
