However, however; the DD&D project has been a bust. I am no longer doing the Farmstay/Workstay Sustainable Community. The DD&D project is being retired. I am now regrouping, I am rebranding and looking for a new business partner(s). Someone who knows and likes goats, preferably.

I am planning to start a farmers market in Caplinger Mills as of 2023 as product is available. We are growing (some) food (mostly Wild Edibles) on the land and we have friends who farm also. If you would like to come and sell product as well, let me know. I don’t have a green thumb, so I am looking for people who do. I am now mostly focusing an meat/milk goats. If I find a new business partner, I will adjust things for them.
Also… If you see the three 3,000 gallon feed tanks at the front on the land; that is eventually going to be for liquid cattle feed mostly, which I use to haul and plan to sell in the future. I will also feed for goats and other animals that I have on my farm.
