This is basically what I want to do. I currently have one greenhouse up front, but I want three. One of them will be for mushrooms. I personally like Reishi’s, for medicinal reasons; but Morels are a good money maker.
I think they taste like mushrooms, I don’t know what the fuss is. I’ll eat them, but I’d rather sell them. If we can cultivate and grow them, we can do both.
