There is a mith that there is buried treasure in the area. I know people and know of other people who have been looking for this treasure for years. I’m pretty sure it’s not here. I might be inclined to believe in the Jesse James gold, but that’s about it.
I somewhat bought into it myself, mostly the Jesse James story, and I too bought into land for that so called treasure hunt. I still own part of that land. I don’t think it’s there. But if you do; and want to lease or buy that land from me, I’ll let you. But I’m not going to lie, I think it’s a waste of time; but I would like to get my money back out of that bad investment.
