OK, I am done… I can’t do this anymore. Everyone who has come to help, including but not limited to my co-founder; were all worthless eaters. All talk, little to no action, welfare recipient mindset people with entitlement attitudes. Everything is a mess! I can’t do this by myself, and I cannot find reliable help. So I am done.

I pretty much already have a buyer; if he is willing to pay my price, or if I am willing to come down to his. Now I just have to find someplace to move first. So until I do, my asking price will be pretty high. I know I can get up to $12,000/ acre, but my starting price is 200k in total. Once I find something to replace what I have now, I will lower the price. Meanwhile, I miss having a house with a normal life; so that is what I am looking for.

I left a nice big 4 bedroom, 2 bad house in Kansas City, that would have been almost paid off by now, to do this; but I guess it was a foolish dream to think people could work together for an OffGrid sustainable community. What I have learned through all this is; if you can’t do it yourself, or can’t afford to pay someone to do it for you, don’t bother. I use to think people were inherently good, but my experience in life says the opposite.

So now I am just looking for a house with some land, something between what I had in Kansas City and what I have now; then I will let this place go. Not looking to get rich off this, just looking to at least brake even and recoup some of my losses.
